Upgrade Project Winners Announced Today

During an official ceremony at Omantel headquarters in Al Mawaleh on Wednesday, July 27, the beneficiaries of the Upgrade Program will be announced.

The event is under the patronage of HH Sayyid Taymour Bin Asa’ad Al Said, Assistant Secretary General for Communications at the Research Council. Nine graduation project teams managed to reach the final stage of the program that transforms student graduation projects into start-up businesses. Three of them will qualify for seed funding. During the next three years, the SAS Entrepreneurship Business Centre will provide them with extensive training, consultancy, and technical support to ensure their growth.
