The Youth Pioneer Society Cooperates with the Royal University for Women regarding the Entrepreneurship Development Program “Chance 2017”

In cooperation with the Royal University for Women, the Youth Pioneer Society organized last Saturday 18th March a workshop titled “Business Presentation & Social Styles Skills”. The workshop, which is part of the first level of the enterpreneruship development program “Chance 2017”, took place in the university’s campus in West Riffa, and was delivered by the university’s Director of Student Affairs, Ms. Doris Martin, and Dr. Nehal El Naggar, Assistant Professor of Business and Financial Sciences in the university.

Ms. Amira Mahmood, the Program Director of “Chance 2017” mentioned that the participants learnt from the speakers’ experience on the ways to develop their potential and enhance their presentation skills, which is one of many challenges that young entrepreneurs face when presenting their business plans to potential investors.

Professor Mazin M. A. Juma’ah, the President of the Royal University for Women, stated that the university has always sought to embed the concept of social giving and creating possibilities and potentials to serve the local community, and that organizing such workshops and cooperating with the civic community organizations offers the opportunity to find more ways of cooperation between the parties”.

It is worth mentioning that “Chance 2017” program is organized by the society for the third consecutive year. This year the program is organized in strategic partnership with the Ministry of Industry, Commerce and Tourism, Tamkeen, Bahrain Development Bank, Bahrain Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Capital Knowledge Institute, and the SME Development Society of Bahrain. The program is in media partnership with Alayam Newspaper, Startup Bahrain, Bahrain News, and Bahrain This Week, in addition to creative partnerships with Pixelated Photography and Mievento Creative Hub.
