UAE-based payment solution provider Network International just announced the launch of its new e-commerce platform, Go-Online which targets local SMEs.
So what does Go-Online provide to its users? Well if you’re a merchant based in the UAE and would like to sell your products online but don’t know how to, Go-Online is your buddy. It allows merchants to create their own web store and start selling their products online. According to a statement, Go-Online already offers 60+ ready-made design templates that allow simple product uploads and edits.
According to Network International, its partnership with leading global e-commerce player Shopmatic provides it with a “significant first mover advantage” in the e-commerce space.
Samer Soliman, Managing Director, Middle East, Network International stated the launch of Go-Online comes as part of their commitment to enable commerce in the region. “Our aim is to enhance the e-commerce ecosystem by offering potential entrepreneurs a ready world-class platform with an integrated payment gateway,” he said.
Samer adds that Go-Online will hasten go-to-market for smaller e-commerce entrants, enhance customer acquisition, and as well instill confidence in online shoppers. “We believe our efforts are aligned to the vision of the UAE government as we lend support to the SME sector, the backbone of our economy,” Samer said.
