“The Women’s Professional Leadership Initiative 2018” was launched in strategic partnership with Bahrain Islamic Bank (BisB).
The initiative is a multi-faceted program that aims to empower Bahraini women by providing them with the tools and resources necessary to further build and unlock their leadership potential. The program will also prepare and encourage Bahraini women to pursue senior roles across industries and organizations.
The Women’s Professional Leadership Initiative is comprised of a number of key development pillars that will be touched upon throughout the year. These include a range of training modules to be offered with other partners, mentorship opportunities, in addition to a series of networking events where participants can mingle and connect with experts in the field. The program is scheduled to begin in April and will conclude at the end of 2018 with a high-level regional forum on Women’s Professional Leadership that will be held in Bahrain.
