Dilmunia Mall Development Company, is planning on developing a family-centric mall concept over a 26,754 square meter area in Dilmunia Island, within the Muharraq Governorate, at an estimated cost of BD52 million.
Mall of Dilmunia, a first-of-its-kind retail destination in Bahrain aims to boast more than 200 retail outlets on total built-up area of 125,000 square meters besides an indoor ice-rink.
During the announcement of the project at a press conference on Sunday April 23rd, Dilmunia Mall Development Company chairman Shaikh Khalid bin Mohammed Al Khalifa said: “The Mall of Dilmunia is purely a Bahraini-branded project with a balanced representation of modernistic and futuristic architecture and promotes an exciting family-oriented ambience within it.”
