The onegcc team wants to help GCC nationals reach their full potential and land proper jobs
“The cofounders and I used to manage one of the mega recruitment companies licensed by the Saudi Ministry of Labour,” explained the cofounder and Chief Operating Officer of Capacitee Employment Solutions, Alharith Alatawi. “It came to a shock to us that only 5% GCC job seekers are available to source online. We want to change that.”
“Today, the private sector in Saudi needs to employ over 6 million nationals over the next 5 years and GCC nationals, who also count towards Saudization, need to capitalize on this opportunity”
“onegcc is an employment platform that is dedicated to matching GCC nationals with more jobs,” he explained. “Today, 30% of our youth are unemployed. We have 500,000 joining the workforce every year and 50% are unable to even secure a job interview. 63% of all GCC job seekers are irrelevant to GCC job market.”
Mohamed Zaman, cofounder and Chief Marketing Officer added “We don’t match jobs but rather, we match skills, at onegcc, we go way beyond other job boards. We also offer different psychometric analysis, numerical and verbal reasoning tests in addition to online courses to help job seekers secure employment. We also gamify the experience to increase engagement.”

“What we truly offer to companies is the ease of sourcing GCC nationals,” Mohamed explained. “We want them to give GCC nationals, our people, a chance.”
