Having firmly established its reputation as the ‘go to’ option for cleaning services par excellence, Justmop is giving back to its loyal customers this season.
By collaborating with the best in the business, Justmop is enhancing their end-to-end customer experience that starts with a seamless, convenient, technologically advanced site where they can book the best available cleaner in just 60 seconds. Now their experienced and qualified team will be leaving a little more than just a spotless home or office.
Justmop has tied up with Persil and DAC to provide 18,000 lucky customers with the ultimate gift basket. Featuring some of the best cleaning products on the market including 1-liter bottles of multipurpose, bathroom cleaner, liquid laundry detergent, and a color catcher, the baskets follow the distribution of product samples to customers all summer.
The initial positive feedback received from customers to these samples and the gift basket prompted the team to go a step further and sweeten the deal even more. A special blend rose white tea, picked especially by the team at Justmop will be left as a parting gift because as it says on the packaging, “Life’s too short to drink bad tea and come to a messy home. Don’t compromise.”
“The Justmop experience isn’t just a gimmick—it truly exemplifies what we are all about. Going the extra mile, providing customers with the best service and ensuring that the dedication and outstanding level of care our staff is known for never wanes,” said Kerem Kuyucu, co-founder of Justmop.
“This can be verified by the number of positive five-star reviews we receive online and the handwritten notes and messages our staff gets from customers on a regular basis. There is nothing as valuable as customer feedback so the Justmop experience is our way of saying thank you for your patronage and support.”
The company, which was founded in 2014, and has seen tremendous growth in 4 years including over 20 percent month-on-month growth in the last six months, places a lot of emphasis on training and staff empowerment.
A cleaners training and company offsite was recently held in Umm Al Quwain where all 200 of the Justmop cleaning squad were trained on how to effectively provide the Justmop experience.
‘We have one simple rule in our company, and that is that we only employ the best members of staff,” said Ali Cagatay Ozcan, co-founder of Justmop. “Once we identify and hire these members of staff, we treat and train them well, ensuring that they are well-informed, never overworked and most importantly empowered. This is why our turnover is low compared to other cleaning services.”
