One Click Delivery Services, a UAE based logistics tech startup has raised funding from Middle East Venture Partners (MEVP) in its first external investment round.
What exactly is One Click? It’s a platform that connects delivery agents with businesses who require an on-demand delivery. The startup facilitates a number of things including food delivery, e-commerce, groceries, and parcel delivery.
Hassan Hallas, co-founder and CEO of One Click commented on the funding they’ve raised stating that they’re going to use to it further expand the startup. “We will use the new capital to expand our operations beyond UAE, accelerate our rapid growth, further develop our proprietary technology and continue to build our team with passionate and success driven people. “It’s exciting because more than ever, we feel like we now have the capacity to redefine the last mile delivery industry, ensuring seamless and technology-enabled last mile delivery service for consumers and businesses.”
According to Hassan, the startup One Click came to life when they found a gap in the business’s delivery field. Businesses in the MEAN don’t utilize their delivery fleets in an effective manner, and this where the founders decided to seize the opportunity and find a solution to the problem.

It is interesting to note that this One Click is the first logistics tech startup that receives funding from MEVP in the MENA.
