The Arab Architects have received an award at the International Africa & Arabia Property Awards ceremony that took place at the JW Marriott Marquis Hotel, in Dubai on the 7th of September. The award was received based on their astounding design of the project Al-Tijaria Tower in Bahrain that was developed by the Commercial Real Estate Development Company.
Arab Architects participated along numerous prominent architectural design professionals across Africa and the Middle East to be distinguished in the residential high-rise architecture category. This is the second time in a row in which Arab Architects takes part on an international stage and their third momentous award at the International Africa & Arabia Property Awards.
Since its launch in 2005, Arab Architects has successfully completed sizable projects of 250 million Bahraini Dinars and continue to deliver remarkable services to their clientele. Their most recent project, Al-Tijaria Tower, is a residential tower situated in the heart of Manama. The tower consists of 46 floors, to be marked as one of the highest towers in Bahrain. Additionally, the tower’s slightly curved shape is designed to maximize the sea view from all units.
Mr. Mazen Araiqat, the Managing Director of Arab Architects considers this award to be an achievement for the firm. “It is an achievement for Arab Architects to participate and receive multiple design awards in Africa & Arabia Property Awards for two years in a row. These awards signify Arab Architects’ contribution to the development of the Kingdom of Bahrain and its skyline, and the importance of giving the best service.”
