Additionally, this app is definitely going to help diabetic patients which is currently an issue in the region, where it currently stands at more than 35 million and is expected to rise to 72 million by 2040, and are at an increased risk of serious gum disease. Research shows that there’s a link between diabetes and oral health: people with diabetes are more susceptible to serious gum disease (periodontitis), and at the same time gum disease may have the potential to affect blood glucose control and contribute to the progression of diabetes.
