As Part of their ongoing efforts of supporting Bahraini employment, Tamkeen has created a new employment program called ‘Taqdeer.’ The program rewards companies that exceeded their Bahrainization rate, meaning, the you get to receive a reward with more Bahrainis that you hire!
The Taqdeer program provides the companies with a grant that they can utilize towards: Municipality Fees, Electricity and Water Bill , GOSI Fees, Medical Insurance and Academic Degrees Fees.
